General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 333e platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the platform user ("User", "you", "Member"). These Terms apply to the 333e website, mobile application, and all related services.

333e is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various other gaming experiences for Bangladeshi users. Our goal is to ensure a safe, fair, and entertaining environment.

These Terms must always be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which apply to you equally.

1.1 Precedence of Terms

In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered final. The 333e platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect from the date of publication.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account or participate in any game on the 333e platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Participation in gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request official documentation for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Each individual may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, 333e reserves the right to deactivate them and void all winnings from those accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification

333e may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. 333e will never ask for your password over the phone or by email.

• Never share your login details with anyone else.
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi or shared devices.
• Report any unusual account activity to us immediately at [email protected].
• You are solely responsible for any betting carried out on your account by a third party.

333e will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is clearly due to a failure of our own security systems.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the 333e platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Before completing a withdrawal, 333e may verify your identity and review your account.

• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing (where applicable).
• Withdrawals will be made to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be suspended or cancelled if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 333e platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or deposit ৳14,000 and receive ৳8,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has specific validity periods and conditions, which are stated on the offer page.
• 333e reserves the right to close any account found to be abusing bonuses (bonus arbitrage or any form of manipulation).
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 333e reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Program

Members can advance through our VIP program based on regular play. There are five tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5%. Detailed terms for VIP cashback and benefits apply separately.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 333e platform are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please review all details carefully before placing a bet.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 333e reserves the right to void those bets.
• If any game is interrupted mid-way due to a disconnection, the platform's system log will be considered final.
• In sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome of the relevant match.

6.2 Game Fairness

All games on the 333e platform are operated using software from internationally certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to ensure fair play across all games.

6.3 System Errors

If abnormal winnings are displayed due to a software or hardware error, 333e reserves the right to void those winnings. Any funds credited as a result of an error will be reclaimed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333e platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools for gaming or betting.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Intentionally placing bets with the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Rude or harassing behaviour towards other players or staff.
• Registering an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Any form of cyber attack or attempt to steal data from 333e.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 333e platform — including logos, designs, software, text, images, and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of 333e or the relevant game providers.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Unauthorised use of the 333e brand name and trademarks is a punishable offence under law.

Limitation of Liability

The 333e platform is committed to providing a reliable and uninterrupted service at all times. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party service failures.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
• Service suspension required by order of a government or regulatory authority.
• Any loss resulting from the user's own negligence.

Under no circumstances will 333e be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by 333e

333e may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence that an account was opened using false information.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Activities found to be related to money laundering.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account. Contact us at [email protected] to submit a closure request.

Responsible Gambling
